By accessing and using Codrex CHMS (Cloud Hotel Management System), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Codrex CHMS provides a cloud-based hotel management platform that includes features such as:

• Front desk management
• Reservation system
• Housekeeping management
• Billing and invoicing
• Guest management
• Reports and analytics

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Payment Terms

Premium modules are billed monthly at ₹499 per module. The free tier includes basic features forever at no cost.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
